Beautiful villages in Corsica
Corsica is full of small villages and hamlets, often tucked away in the interior and surrounded by landscapes that still feel truly unspoiled. Some regions are particularly well known for them: the hilltop villages in the hinterland of Calvi, for instance, or the little hill towns of the Castagniccia in the east. But really, wherever you go on the island, you'll stumble upon places where time seems to move just a little slower.
This article features a few of my personal favourites. It's obviously just a small selection, since Corsica has hundreds. There's a good chance you'll discover your own favourite village along the way.
